The tour
  1. Rate it. Then rank it.

Give every bottle a 0–100 score, then drag it to its true place in your list. #1 is your favourite; everything below shifts down one. A 91 can still sit under a 93, because rating and ranking are separate.

  2. See your shelf four ways

Ranking, list, cards, or Display: bottles standing on a lit ledge, grouped into Top shelf, Favourites and Everyday pours, or by open status, type, origin or distillery.

  3. Sort and filter like you mean it

Click any column to sort, click again to flip it. Search, filter by country, region, type, tag or rating range. Every filter, sort and view lives in the link, so you can bookmark or share exactly what you see.

  4. Know exactly what's open

Track each physical bottle: where and when you bought it, what you paid, its size and how much is left, next to your rating, tags and notes.

  5. Start from a real library

531 bottles with distillery, region, type, ABV, age and flavour tags are already in. Browse them as you scroll, add the ones you own, or add one that's missing.

Little details

Every bottle gets its colour from its age

Built for people who actually drink what they collect

A shelf tracker with opinions: it cares what you think of a bottle, not just that you own it.

Drag-and-drop ranking

Order your whole shelf from #1 to last. Drop a bottle where it belongs and it saves instantly, with no confirmation and nothing to renumber.

Ratings, notes and tags

A 0–100 score, would-you-buy-again, free notes and your own tags like "Daily dram" or "Peat bomb". Find any of it again with one filter.

Four shelf views

A numbered ranking, a sortable list, photo cards, or a Display of bottles standing on a ledge, grouped any way you like.

Colour by age

Placeholder bottles take their liquid colour from the age statement, so a glance down your shelf reads like a timeline.

Open-bottle tracking

Purchase date, store, price, size and millilitres left for each physical bottle, with a live count of what's open right now.

A shared bottle library

Hundreds of bottles with distillery, region, type, ABV, age, casks and nose, palate and finish tags. Loads as you scroll, so it stays fast.

Dram AI

Ask what to buy next and get suggestions based on your ranking, not a generic best-of list. Answers stream in card by card.

AI Fill, with a veto

Let AI fill in a bottle's details, then approve or reject every field before anything is saved. Nothing sneaks in.

A flavour graph

See how bottles connect through distillery, region, type and flavour in an interactive network you can filter and explore.

Links that remember

Filters, search, sort, grouping and view are all in the address bar. Bookmark a favourite slice of your shelf or send it to a friend.

Photos and a safety net

Upload a bottle photo, and if you remove something by mistake, the trash keeps it so you can restore it.

Self-hosted and private

FastAPI and SQLite in a Docker container on your own hardware. Your data is yours, shelves are private by default, and there is no tracking.

Dram AI

Ask what to pour next. Watch it think.

Dram AI reads your collection in your own ranking order, so it knows what you love and what you only tolerate.

  • Knows your taste. Your #1 counts for more than your #30, and your pans count too.
  • Never suggests what you own. Every bottle on your shelf is off the table.
  • Streams, doesn't stall. Live progress, a Cancel button, and each suggestion appears the moment it's written.
Thinking it through… 0s
You lean hard into Islay peat with a soft spot for sherry, so these keep the smoke and add a little more depth.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan

Single Malt · Islay · 57.1%

Why: A bigger, peatier step up from your Uigeadail, with the same dark chocolate edge.

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10

Single Malt · Islay · 50%

Why: Heavily peated but creamy, a good match for the Laphroaig you rank so high.

Kilchoman Sanaig

Single Malt · Islay · 46%

Why: Sherry and peat together, like the Machir Bay you gave an 88.

For the whole household

Share the server. Keep control.

Run it for yourself or for a tasting group. An admin decides who can do what, and everything that happens is on the record.

Fine-grained permissions

Read, write and delete levels for each area, bundled into roles. Make a moderator who can verify bottles but not manage users.

A real audit log

Who did what, when and from where. Filter it, search it, export it to CSV.

API tokens

Read-only or read-write tokens you can revoke at any time. Everything done with one is tagged in the log.
